Hello, I’m Steve Aneiro - an alcohol-free fitness professional with 25 years of experience in the health and wellness industry.

My growth in the industry mirrors my own personal growth over the last 2 decades. I have learned through years of trial and error that in order for long-term, positive change to occur, it is necessary to train the mind via meditation in addition to the body with Yoga and resistance training. This holistic approach to both mental and physical health helps to create the discipline necessary to replace old, self-limiting habits with newer, healthier ones. 


This combination of strength training, Yoga, and meditation services is the same combination of practices that has helped me in so many ways over the years.
